Products and prices
Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Osstem Orthodontics products are supplied on quotation.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order once it is accepted. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we will let you know.
Payment and delivery
Orders are paid cash on delivery. Delivery times and fees are explained on our Delivery information page.
Returns

Using the products
Read the label and patch-test new skincare before use. Stop using a product if irritation occurs. Orthodontic products are intended for use by qualified dental professionals.

We are not liable for losses caused by misuse of products or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
