Are your products original?

Yes. Ossvon is an authorised distributor and imports Mizon and Osstem products through official channels.

Where do you deliver?

To all seven emirates of the UAE, from our stock in Dubai.

How fast is delivery?

Same-day dispatch in Dubai for orders before 4 pm. One to two working days to the other emirates.

How much is delivery?

AED 15 inside the UAE, and free on orders of AED 150 or more. See Delivery information.

How can I pay?

Cash on delivery, when your order arrives.

Can I return a product?

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See Returns & refunds.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Use the order tracking page with your order number and email, or message us on WhatsApp.

Which product is right for my skin?

Message us on WhatsApp with your skin type and concern and we will suggest a routine.

How do clinics get trade prices?

Send your product list with prescription, slot and quantities through the quote form, WhatsApp or email. We reply with net clinic prices.

Are Osstem products sold to the public?

Osstem Orthodontics products are intended for dental and orthodontic professionals and are supplied on quotation.
