Placing an order
Add products to your bag and go to checkout. Enter your name, phone number, email and delivery address, then confirm. You can check out as a guest or with an account.
Order confirmation
After you order, you receive an email confirming the products, price, delivery fee and your order number. Please check that your phone number and address are correct.
Tracking your order
Use the order tracking page with your order number and email, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Changing or cancelling
To change or cancel an order, contact us on WhatsApp or by email as soon as possible. We can change or cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched.
Out of stock items
If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or remove it from your order before dispatch.
